Dr Haufrect was and is a wonderful doctor. He explains things thoroughly and always has a positive attitude. There may have been a few times my appointment ran late but it was always with good cause and they were very apologetic. Dr. Haufrect is a teaching doctor so I always feel like I am in very competent hands.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
