They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I'm now looking for a different ob for the remainder of the pregnancy.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
