They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
