Dr. Crouse disappointed me very much. Today he showed me that patients are only about money. I begged to be billed for the immunization I am supposed to have because I wasn't expecting that the charge would be so expensive and I wasn't prepared to pay such amount and I have new insurance, so I am not aware of the details of my benefits. But I honestly begged to be billed and after 4 years of being his patient he didn't trust me that I was going to pay him.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
