I was pregnant last year with my first child. Being new to the area, the manager of the property I was leasing refered Dr. Podoba to me. I fell for it. My daughter was born 4 weeks early. When we got to the hospital, the ER nurse brought my husband and I upstairs to labor and delivery. While the nurse was checking me, she called Dr. Podoba and I over heard her tell the nurse to have the on call doctor deliver our baby, like she couldn't be bothered. There were complications so I had to have an emergency c section. I loved the on call doctor so this worked out well for us. After the section the nurse for Dr. Podoba's office was the only one who came to check on me. I left the hospital and our tiny addition had to stay. Three days later I was feeling terrible so we came back to the hospital. I had an infection. I was admitted and later the next day a woman that I HAD NEVER SEEN BEFORE walked into my room and proceeded to lift my gown and start poking and prying at my incision. I said to her, "Whoa, who are you?" She replied, "I'm Dr. Podoba." That's right, we were meeting for the 1st time one whole week after our daughter was born. If I wouldn't have gotten the infection we would have never met. She proceeded to drain my incision and I told her I was in pain. She then proceeded to bark orders at the nurses and aids. Needless to say she's the worst. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy if I had one. Her bed side manner is horrible. Her nurse practioner is awesome and I loved her. Her name is Rebecca Dowdy so if your one of those that like to go see the nurse practioner, the Woman's Clinic is the place for you. Hopefully you won't ever have to been seen for something serious, then your in real trouble. Hope this helps!

Dr. podoba treated me through out my last pregnancy. I feel she was an excellent doctor as far as care goes, however I did not feel as though the time was taken to make me feel comfortable. I felt kinda rshed and givin the nature of her practice I understant emergencies come up. I loved the hospital and the staff I just felt my office visits could have been a little more personalised
