There is an average of thirty minute wait, 20 minutes in the Lobby and 10 minutes in the examine room. The staff (including the nurses) is really nice and accommodating. You can get an appointment rather quickly. However, the MD does not listen to her patients. Her theoretical approach appears to be , " I went to medical school, you did not" nothing a patient says is valid. If someone's problems/symptoms skew from the medical textbook, she will not know what to do. I felt like she lacks compassion, and I found a colleague went to her, and had the same experience. Houston is a big city you do not have be under the care ( and I use "care" loosely) of a Doctor that does not listen to patients.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
