I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

Dr. Tjoa has been my OB/GYN since 1993 and has always been very professional, yet made me feel like she was my aunt or family. She delivered both of my babies and offered very sound advice. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I love Dr. Tjoa! She is all business, no fluff. She is incredibly intelligent and very quick on her feet. She's delivered all of my children and has "saved my life" when I had a difficult delivery. I trust her implicitly. If you want touchy feely, she is not for you; but if you want a fabulous doctor, she knows her stuff!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
