I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
The only thing is the wait, bring something to read and plan to stay for awhile... BUT THEY ARE FABULOUS!!!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The equipment seems pretty standard however it wouldn't hurt to upgrade it. I'm sure there's been advancements in technology from when this equipment was put in. The doctor is nice but his wife, the nurse is the worst!! The poor man acts like he is a prisoner. I switched doctors and when the new doctor tried to get copies of my records the nurse lied and said that i was never there and they have no records for me. Then finally admitted to me going there but refused to release my records that day because she was too busy. it has been 4 weeks and she still has not released my records!

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Dr. Wohlfahrt delivered 2 of my sons and I can't even begin to say how comforting and assuring he made the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable of up to date medical practices and has reassuring bedside manner. I felt very at ease with the procedures.
