When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
