Has she closed up shop..... this information is no longer correct.... phone disconnected..... if so I r.eceived no notice.... I had my yearly appointment in 2015 and now needing to go back..... no letter or call - so how do I get my reccords.... not happy at all. Always had problems with getting results and call backs from her office, but ::LIKED the doctor since only see once a year put up with it. But this is unacceptable. HOW DO I GET MY RECORDS.... can I report her to the medical board - they have to keep them so long correct? UNHAPPY

The doctor was nice but I felt like her visits were too short. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there and they were terrible with letting me know an appointment was cancelled or needed resheduling. I felt like my needs were not really met by the staff and they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. But they are closed thursday and friday afternoon plus the doctor is off every other weekend im not sureif im ok with that
