They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, Dr. Khan was well worth the wait. She was extremely thorough. I work in hte medical field, and I can assure you, she's worth it!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
