Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional.
