The staff was friendly and the location was easy to find. However Dr. Phillips was rude and dismissive when I asked a question I was concerned about, and actually said I wasn't listening to her. I hope she was just having a bad day and isn't that rude to all of her patients. When her office called me to request a follow up visit I went to another OB/GYN and didn't go back. Bedside manner is important, and thankfully there are a number of great physicians out there who can remember patients have a choice!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
