Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

The doctor was not so bad it was the office manager and appointment desk woman who are incompetent and that reflects on the doctor no matter how great the doctor is.
