I will never return. Wait times were routinely an hour, with no recognition, excuse, or apology. Office staff was not polite, especially if you have any question about your bill. Doctor would not speak on the phone to me. You must leave a message if you want anything other than to schedule an appointment. Missed the diagnosis of my child's chronic illness.
Dr. Harston seems perfectly nice and knowledgeable but runs her office with no efficiency. Wait times were almost always more than 45 minutes to see the doctor, and then she spent only 10 minutes with us. I couldn't figure out why she was so behind all the time (I visited at least 6 times before finding another doctor) because her waiting room was rarely full. She was out of the office a lot and never called back about lab results for some tests. I had to call and leave a message so a nurse could call me back. I do not recommend this doctor.
I get an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I feel I get top of the treatment, as she always informs me if there is something new we could try. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Her nurses are also very good with the kids.
