Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at least close to my scheduled time. They had quite a few interesting magazines and TV, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. He has 3 offices, Dr Isart is in suite #1, but if runs into an emergency then they will sent you to either of the 2 offices, you will not loose your trip... and there are no PA, THANK GOD, they are pediatricians! My daughter is now 12 and being her patient since 2, you do the math.... very satisfied!

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Does this provider remember you by name?
Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision?
Yes, they respected my decision
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
