They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

THIS WAS THED WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE. YHE URSE KEPT ON CHEWING AND POPPING HER GUM SO LOUD, AT FIRST I THOUGHT SHE WAS TRYING TO BE FUNNY BUT THEN I REALIZED THAT WAS HER WAY. SHE KEPT ON CUTTING ME OFF, DIDNOT LET ME FINISHED MY SENTENCES. THE DR. RETURNED MY PHONE CALL 4 LATER AND SEEMED RUSHED AND UNATTENTIVE. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS AS RUDE AS SHE COULD. BOTTOM LINE, IF YOU WANT CRAPPY SERVICE GO TO THIS OFFICE. SINCE I THINK MY KIDS DESERVE BETTER I LOOKED FOR A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.

I do not recommend this DR. She is way too busy to take to care of you and her staff are terrible. I took my 7 month old son for a chest congestion and cough. He had a terrible weezing. She prescribed an antibiotic to be taken for 5 days. After 5 days the congestion and cough were still there. I called back to their office to ask the dr if she should see him again or if he should take the same antibiotic or sometinhg else. She did not call me back until the next day and when I explained my situation she said in her chart there was no wheezing reported, when the whhezing my son had was way too loud, and she also ask me if I gave him the cough medicine, when she didnot prescribed any cough medicine at all. She told me to go and buy one. i went to several stores and I could not find the one she said, the pharmacist technician said she would have to call it in. The next day I called at 8am to explain my situation one more time, and the receptionist kept on arguing with me me that she had just bought that medication last week and started telling me I could get mucinex or something else. My son is 7 month old I do not want to give him anything that could be harmfull. THE DR DIDNOT CALL IT THE MEDICATION UNTIL AFTER3 Or 4 O CLOCK. When I call to the pharmacy to make sure it was ready I was told the dr said to get him Robitussin, but there are 5 kinds of Robitussin, she didnot specify which one. So I had to call the next day again to ask what kind of Robitussin. I tried to make an appt. with a different DR, but since it is spring break all the offices are full. I guess I will have to wait. I am never going back to this crappy Dr. and I will recommend this office just to my worst enemy!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
