They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
