They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
