I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was up-to-date and completely safe. I knew I was in good care.
I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. This doctor really cares!
