Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Also, when I need a prescription, the staff calls it in promptly and I have not had a problem in the 10 years associated with this office.

The doctor will not call back when there is an emergency and the nurses are extremely rude. They say they've sent in prescriptions and yell at you for calling them, and then they never do call them in.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
