It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.
