All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Mark Gustafson, MD was very thorough and informative. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
