They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
