Dr. Arboleda is great - she always makes me feel as though she really cares about how I am doing. She is very friendly and warm and always makes me feel encouraged and understood. With her intelligence and professionalism, I have complete confidence in her knowledge of the medications she recommends. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment even after waiting an hour or more past my appointment time, but they don't do that here at all. The wait was reasonable, and I was able to take as much time as I needed with Dr. Arboleda. Her full attention is always on me during my appointments. The office staff is not exceptionally friendly but they are always professional. The waiting room isn't as nice as it could be, but there is plenty of reading materials, and Dr. Arboleda's office is very nice and comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr. A for many many years. I would recommend her to anyone, but particularly women with other physical illnesses as she is very well read and stays current on many topics such as fibromyalgia. She is an awesome MD.

I wait longer here than with any other doctor I visit. The office staff are obnoxious and rude. The doctor rushed me in and out of the office in about 10 minutes, yet they bill my insurance for over 30 minutes. When i tried to talk about a diagnosis & treatment, rather than just taking pills for the symptoms, they were dismissive and somewhat rude.. It's clear they are only interested in THEIR bottom line.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They weren't the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen, but they definitely weren't the best. I still felt a little nervous under their care. I feared that she was only going to give me more medicine, however most if not all of her recommendations helped.
