They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of personalized customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They thoroughly explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
