They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
