I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
