Dr Ng is great. He listens to your issues, and normally provides a couple approaches for treatment. He is friendly and outgoing with a good sense of humor. I have never felt like he is rushing to get to the next appointment.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Very good Dr. He has had UW Med students in his Clinic learning procedures. They must think of him highly. Very thorough with exams. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. If you need a referral he will get you to the right specialist. I can only say I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Ng in all respects.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
