When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about.
