Received referral from my internist. Called her in June, she never called back. Called her in July, she never called back. Called her in August, and she finally called me back a week later. Appointment was made for her "soonest possible opening" of September 13 (about six weeks ahead).

I show up at her office just before 9am on September 13. Very stressful prospect, changing psychiatrists after 16 years. Didn't have much to worry about there, because she never showed. I waited until 10:15am (appt was at 9am) before I left. No staff or receptionist to inquire to. Oh, and she never returned the call I made to her later that morning. No message left by her anywhere.

I cannot vouch for the quality of her care. But if she doesn't even show up to provide it, what's the point?
