All staff were very accommodating. Being from out of state, we were provided with recommendations for housing etc. Procedures was quick with good recovery.

My Dr. Laukaitis was very informative about the surgery, and had his staff call me several times asking me how I was doing. I think that it excellent Dr. patient protocol. I will surely recommend him and his staff to my friends. Thank you everyone, for your care.

I would want to remind your staff (office)that they are dealing with people who have no understanding of what they are going through. Nice slow calm explanations and directions will really help, rattling off a web site and directions in a fast manor because everyone is busy is not effective. That being said I am having a very good overall experience.

There were a few times I had trouble getting a hold of people on the phone. But, when I did they were very patient with my questions. I was directed to the people that could give me the most precise answers. I appreciated that very much! I wish I had come in to talk to the Doctor about the lower eyelid procedure, I did not feel like I had any information about it. I should have asked for some time with the Doctor. That is my fault.
