No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.
