Their front desk staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. However their nursing staff was awesome. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Because Dr. Schott is an opthalmologist, medical insurance will be billed -- not vision insurance. She specializes in pediatric opthalmology and does not mince words when dealing with tweens who don't wear their glasses.
'If you won't wear your glasses, why would you wear and take care of contact lenses?" We were left in the appointment room at times, but they eventually returned.
