Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while..
