They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
