They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

I had a great first office visit with Dr. Hamilton. She answered all my questions and I felt a lot more confident and hopeful about my medical future. Dr. Hamilton and her office staff made an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listened to every question or concern I had. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable.They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
