The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
