Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I might mention that I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for over 40 years.

I have seen Dr. Smith on a regular basis for a decade. He is quite competent and very easy to talk wiht. He runs an old-style practice that is very personal and has a sincere concern for his patients.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Although I have never had anything to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. He is most professional and courteous, and an outstanding suergeon. I trust my family to him as well.
