It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there.

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of nice things to say about this place, which is why we plan to no longer use their services.The doctor, while knowledgeable, often times seem very rushed, and the wait time is ridiculous. Plan to be there a least 2 hrs ( 5 min with the doctor). Long story short, I saw a wonderful doctor who came highly recommended by my ob-gyn. He has a small practice, and has been in business for 30+ years. He stayed late, and took time to thoroughly evaluate my son. I recounted my experience with Town and Country; perhaps he said it best- "Some practices think they are factories."

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
