They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I have received a bill from them addressed to me but with a different customer's name. Their office staff are very rude and HARD to work with. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.
