All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I was a bit stiff when I left, but had immediate relief in my lower back. I was very satisfied with the care recieved on my visit. They were able to work me in on a busy day, allowing me to 'warm' up on an automated massage table, great! I recieved an inquiry from my insurance company because of the really high charges submitted for a 15 minute visit? So even though I have chiropractic care coverage not sure if I can return. Waiting for an explanation. However really nice and thoughtful care recieved.
