I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. Dr. Marks and his staff completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

His bedside manner can be rough and he can be arrogant. I don't feel he ever took me seriously when I described my orthopaedic issues. So I switched physicians.
