I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

I went to Dr. Collins for a second opinion. My previous gynecologist had recommended a "minimally invasive" laparoscopic hysterectomy. Dr. Collins went into great detail about all of my options, the pluses and minuses of each. I ended up picking a treatment that my other doctor never even told me about! Seems like all he was thinking about was making money from doing a hysterectomy on me. Instead I was able to treat my condition without surgery at all, without missing any work either.

I've seen this doc for years. Even at times when everything seems to be going fine for me, she finds a way to fine tune what I'm doing so that I can be healthier and happier. It feels like she listens and figures out how to help. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

A real person answers the phone for starters. They remember who you are when you call! The doctor is really smart and never seems rushed. She returns calls herself. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
