They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. The office was easy enough to find. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
