This facility needs a new nursing staff and new management, they make you feel like you are not welcome. They do not care for the patients. When you ask for help for a patient they are like you are bothering them. The employees take the patients medicine! If you love your loved one DO NOT take them to this facility. If they act like this if front of you, I can not imagine what goes on when your not there!! They let the patients lay in their urine and not change them until a family member has to do it themrselves! I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
