They paid attention to me and my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way. I got an appointment quickly. I sometimes had to wait too long. They are expensive.

(This facility has a slightly above marginal rating for my family member who is longer term. This fact is depended on the change of nursing staff, sometimes it is great, patient is well taken care of. But, on several visits patient is not bathe or changed often enough and the smell is overwhelming.) If not that fact, this would receive 3 1/2 stars ...possibly 4.
Keep checking on your loved ones.
