I've been to places that had a really bad smell. ButI didn't notice anything here at all. I've also been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was expecting the worst....However, these ladies were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and relaxed, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
