They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The staff is wonderful. They call me to give me updates about my Great Aunt. They go to great lengths to care for all of their patients.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel great!. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this Facility was and how close it was to near by hospitals. I felt safe and the inside looks beautiful. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

There are many better places out there. This place smelled bad, the CNA's hardly speak English and are not well trained. The Director of Nursing (Cody) is not very nice and doesn't look for ways to improve the facility. They are understaffed, but have some workers there that seem to care, overall I wouldn't recommmend this place.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts.
