Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it.

Went to visit my loved one that at the time was currently a resident at Deer Creek. When I arrived at Deer Creek my Aunt was in her room, running a very high fever and very sick. Had requested for her to be transported to a Hospital, but was told the medical staff at Deer Creek could handle her condition. Eventually my Aunt was transported to the Hospital and is now on Hospice.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
Fairly Easy

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. This facility is BIG on giving pills to those who stay, I'm not sure this is good. I feel like this facility is making money on drugs and doping everyone in the facility. This facility absolutely CANNOT handle DIABETICS. Go somewhere else where the dietitian understands both foods and when to give the shots. The ambassadors who "meet" with you are not exactly honest. I understand the need to provide regular care, but if your loved one has special needs go somewhere else and ask lots of questions before you put them in.
